I made a ground turkey and vegetable soup. It was good with the colder weather that's come in.

We went to Longhorn Cafe which I think was supposed to be Valentine's dinner (it would be WAY too hard to try and go out Sunday...I can't even imagine). I had a swiss mushroom burger and fries. It was very good and very filling. :thumbsup:

Last night I made orange chicken (a Chinese dish). It was ok. I thought it had a bit much rice vinegar in the recipe though. Anyway, it was the orange chicken with broccoli, served over white rice.
